An enthusiastic adventure sports participant Will can often be found on his mountain bike, at the occasional enduro race, hiking in the Eastern Cairngorms and recently learning to ski.

Will grew up in Northern Ireland dabbling in football, cricket and athletics before focusing on rugby throughout his teens and university days. Completing a degree in Sports Development and a Post Graduate Teaching qualification Will worked in education for a number of years before a move to Scotland.
